Jean joined Bridgelight Financial Advisors in July 2017. Her many years in Operational Management has prodivded her with extensive customer service experience and Microsoft Office skills in order to help support the multi-faceted and diverse needs of the business. Jean has spent over 25 years working in contact centers, first as a call center representative and eventually progressing to the Director of Operations.

Jean, a resident of Shelton, CT, was born and raised in South Africa and immigrated to the United States in 1980 with her family. Jean obtained her bachelors degree in Psychology and her masters degree in Market Research and Advertising at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
